Balancing wires

My batteries balancing wires are one black and three red wires in a row,can I use any balancer with this batteries wiring configuration?

It's more dependant on the plastic part, as to what will work with out an adapter. Then again Astro Flights Blinky works pretty much with all of each pin spacing 2mm, or .100".
