I purchased steve's (swatson) spare corona 120 a few days ago and am hooked. I've gone thru around 6-8 packs and can hover thru a pack without losing it. I still make a few stupid rookie mistakes every one in a while but those will go away with more flight time. I can't wait to get some non-windy days to practice keeping it real steady.

After you have the thing where you can hover nice and stable. Drive the tail a little to one side and start getting towards side in. Remeber to practice both sides. You'll likely find one side easier than the other but keep practicing on both. With the Corona if you keep it low (about 3-4') you can see what you are doing very well. If it gets out of control just lower the throttle and let it crash land. It won't hurt it none. Most damage comes from trying to recover and hitting objects.
They are kinda backwards from a more fragile machine where you try to do things with enough space and altitude to try and recover.
I'm very glad you are enjoying it.
Steve
