I think you can use most calculators if you plug in the ruff equivalent main gear numbers:
42 * (61/19) = 134.842 or ~135T main gear equivilent for calc use
61 * (61/19) = 195.842 or ~196T main gear equivilent for calc use
68 * (61/19) = 218.316 or ~218T main gear equivilent for calc use
