Hi thrstrmech1, those are great pictures! I enjoyed every one of them.
This looks like Trex450 canopy and Trex450 skid? Is it right? It is nice.

I like the canopy and skids. Carbon always looks cool. Thruster, I read that you ride bikes. What do you ride?

With Trex skids and canopy, it looks big. I'll try them on mine.

it does make it look a bit larger, you'll notice when the skids are replaced, the vertical tail fin has ground clearance unlike with the stock skids...

oh, the screw holes on the trex skids will be off alignment on one side the battery cage, not by very much, i elongated the hole just slightly and used the next larger size screw to secure to battery cage...it holds firmly even in a hard landing, as for the canopy, after trimming the casting edge off, use a single hole punch to make a cut out for the links at the swashplate for clearance, put the canopy on and look at the clearance before punching the cut out, the hole punch makes for a very clean cut on the canopy

mech, I tried one of those training stands, and I did not like it! It will restrict the natural movements of the heli, and cause it to move weird, because you are limited to arc movements. Just keep that in mind. Helis do not move slow, so it might swing wildly if something goes hinky.
