Hi Everyone.
As you may or may not know i've started up an RC Price Comparison Website named RCPriceWatch.com so that you can look to see who is selling the exact same product at a lower price instead of having to search all over the internet trying to find that same product from different sellers. It's a fair new website so vendor/dealer products are being added all the time but anyway,... I've added something new to the website that I've not yet seen done anywhere yet.

eBay offers RSS Feeds so i went ahead and added their RC Helicopter, Parts and Accessories Feeds to our website and since the website deals in most items that others are selling i thought that this would be a nice addition to the site. People can now visit to see the latest products that have been added to ebay instead of having to search for those products.

The site gets updated several times a day to make sure that it keeps up with all of the latest products that get added. RCPriceWatch.com Only Deals with Items being Sold in the RC Market and We Don't Sell Anything Ourselves so it shouldnt be a threat to anyone and or their Community Website Forums.

The direct link to the eBay RSS Feeds to see the lates RC Products is:
http://www.rcpricewatch.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=153

Also,... If you have something you would like to sell please feel free to add your own product to our site. Today there are several websites that offer you the opportunity to list your own items that you have For Sale so, Having one more place should help you in getting your items sold quickly.

If you would like to see what dealers and vendors are selling you may visit our main website at www.rcpricewatch.com (http://www.rcpricewatch.com).

If you have any questions,... As always please feel free to send me a P.M. or email.

Thank you.

I can see the merits in this - will it cater to the UK market as well as the US market?

Sure, At this point in time i do not see why not.
As long as you Specify which country your in or plan on doing your sales i can't see where it would matter.

While i'm here i also want to go ahead and let you know that i've also included a Live Online Auction Directory for those of you who don't want to just add your item that you have For Sale inside of the forums.

You can list your auction for up to 14 days. You can have your buyers bid on your items or you can select to use the Buy It Now feature and have your Buyers buy it right there and then.

I've also added a eBay Style Trader Rating Feedback system which allows you to leave Trader Feedback for both the Sellers and the Buyers.

I'm also open for suggestions and feedback so if you have an idea or suggestion i'm open to listening to it. Please send me a P.M. and we can talk about it.

Thanks for stopping buy.

Just spotted this and it looks like a great idea!

Had a look through the site but found it a little hard to navigate, could i suggest that the price comparison is done as a list of title and price - some of the descriptions people have entered are horrendous!

We run a UK shop specialising in ESky products and can beat almost every price listed on the site for E-Sky hands down!!

Is there any way of quickly adding multiple products to the site? I’d like to list all our main heli’s and the spares to go with them?

Also, we trade in GBP but I could not make out what currency items were being listed in.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris.

Right now the prices are all in U.S. Dollar so if your site has the ability to convert the prices to Dollar like some do i would just get the prices that way and add them to my site that way.

If you visit our site now you'll see that our site it TOTALLY BRAND NEW!
But you still have to add the product one by one. Theres still no way around that as of yet but i think you'll find the site my easier to navigate around in because i cut a lot of the Categories out to make it a lot more simple to more around in.

Stop by and check it out and you'll see what i mean. It just Opened back up about a week ago so i'm still trying to work out some of the bugs and moving some things around it in but i think you'll see what i mean.

I seen that you added your site to our listings, Thank You.

I'd like to see some of your product tho. ;)

Thanks again.
