I was so pleased with the Raven that when I saw one on e bay I just had to ask if he had a buy it now price in mind, he did and well................

He sold the package, starter battery fuel even the Tx that I wil sell on.

The Raven has upgraded carbon franes and West engine. The whole lot is very new, only used for training with a paid instructor !

I did find the bell mixer arms and the washout arms were not ball raced as they should have been, the Raven 30 is like this, bushed. The heli flew ok but not sharp to control, that when I found the bushed arms. 8 ball races later and a joy to fly. I can only think he had a little crash and used the cheaper parts from the Raven 30 or was just sold the wrong parts.

The canopy has a wolf air brushed on, however this is not good for flying and has a few repair marks thus a repaint with bright colours in needed soon.

Very pleased, and maybe a scale body can be fitted to one of these one day !

Martin. Reluctantly sold the kit to pay for the OS91 spares. Now that I'm looking at a pred rebuild, perhaps I should've kept it. Ahh well :(

Get some money in as I am thinking I should sell my back-up Raven 50 !!

Broker did a photo call of all our helis and made me think a thin out is in order !! May start with the electric ECO 8's I have 3 and a new unstarted scale Jet ranger body kit for one !!

Fireant, sorry to say I sold the Raven 50 !!!

A young man now has her ( bought for an xmas gift ) and is doing well with her as his first Nitro.

Indeed a nice flying heli and the young man is doing quite well with her.

After a while these things become like family because of all the time spent buying just the right parts, pieces and then tweaking. I'm sure you feel better about selling to this fella rather than to someone with less skills. I can't think of nothing worse than selling a beloved bird and watching a newbie smack it into the ground on the first flight!

Nice video too. Does this mean there is a new heli in your future?:D

Hi Skytrek, yes much better to sell a heli to someone who will look after her and grow their skills.

I have some two nitros this yeay, well last year lol, but still have lots more in stock plus two or three new kits waiting !!

Cold and more snow so no flying today :(
