Finally I received all spare parts I need and I am in the process of fixing heli.
I replaced stripped gears in two servos, but to my suprise after instaling them back (without changing the lenght of push rods, with servo arms more or less horizontal) swasplate which was before that perfectly leveled is now severly unleveled.
I had to shorten one pushrod by almost 4mm to level it again.
Any explanantion for this?

nas_matko, it may not be it but just in case. When you set up your swash, did you reset your servo end points and reset your pitch curve to 0,25,50,75,100?

Did you remove the servos completely? Is it possible, you mixed up the channels when reconnecting them to the rx?

Check the output gear which is press/push on the pot, make sure both the pot and the gear is center, then install the servo arm without the linkage and check for centering also.

I mean, after removing and reinstalling servos, when they initialise, all three arms are horizontal, I haven't changed lenght of pushrods and swash is not leveled anymore.
Estarter - what exactly do you mean by pot and the gear is center?
Fireant - servos are moving normally as expected, so I think channels are ok
eddiemoth - I don't think I can do that on esky stock controller

Well, I had a simlair experiance on my simple CX2. In my particulair case it didn't have to do anything with the servo settings.
There are small notches (english i think) on the drive axis and in the sitting from the servo arm. This ensures a proper mechanical force transmission from axis to the actual servo arm. in my case () I simply put the servo arm back with one notch rotation resulting in a couple of mm offset.
I am almost sure (and hoop) that it is something reaaaaaly simple. ;)

hmmm, I take back waht I just wrote..
servo arms are horizontal...
I don't nkow the model but I had my swashplate separate... :doubt:

Your seros have a built in postition switch. It is a little nub on one of the gears. If that is not in the right spot, the servo will not center correctly when it is powered.
When you power up the heli, are the servo arms level.? If they are level when you put it together, and then powered up the heli did they move to another position? Is it possible to center all three servos at the same time with the tx? If you can't, then your servo is put together wrong, and the servo is confused about where it is.

I had the same problem with my CX2 with the swashplate seperating. It has happened on two so far, and it causes the CX2 to bank forward. I haven't been able to come up with a way to fix the problem. It happens occasionally on the swashplate that I have installed now, so I am able to fly normally with occasional landings and readjusting the swashplate.

A little ca glue fixes that.

A little ca glue fixes that.
Where would you put the CA glue, as wouldn't that bind the upper part from rotating?

If the pot is not center with the out put gear, the servo arm may not get equal travel distant.

I assume it is your inner part sliding out of the bearing. Just put a little glue there. It is the bearing that is supposed to rotate, not the plastic in the bearing, or the outer swash around the bearing.

It seemed like it worked. That was exactly the problem. I guess I wasn't thinking out of the box on this. The new defective swash that I had bought, became an effective swash. Thanks Ranger306ci:razz:. I hope that this finally solved my swashplate issues.

I had that happen to the swashplate in my CX. Would do nothing but fly forward. I ended up replacing it with the metal swashplate and have not had that problem since.

I happens on these little swashes all the time. If you have a metal one that seperates( and it might!) use some threadlock instead of ca.
