I was wondering if any of u guys have upgraded your main shafts to a stronger shaft. I've seen a little info on this but not much. I'm kinda interested in doing this but not sure how much modification is needed if any. thanks

scooter,
I've found that sometimes, the butter soft main shaft can actually be an advantage.
Also, using a stronger mainshaft means that in an impact, the energy that was previously absorbed by the mainshaft will be transferred somewhere else, and may cause more extensive damage.
After bending my Blade CP's mainshaft numerous times, I've gotten pretty good at straightening it and reusing it.
Because it is soft, it's just as easy to bend back into reuseable shape.
I actually can do this while it's still on the frame.
I've straightened out one mainshaft countless times, and used it for months until I actually wore the spur gear teeth out.

I agree MAXXED. Before I always thought that everything strong and hard were good but no... after all these findings and readings there are reasons why the manufacturers design some parts to be soft.
