It is hard to scan through all forums to find new posts, especially if you are a Tech Support. You want to find new posts since you last visited, so you can help answer them.
When you sign in, look on your right hand, you'll see "View posts since last visit (X)" "X" is the number of new posts since you last visited the forum. Click on it, all new post links are there waiting for you in one place!
If you are not looking for new posts, just ignor it.
