Win Esky Honeybee CP2

Hi Folks,
Dave of BPhobbies agreed to give me an Esky Honeybee CP2 to exchange for some ad spaces on the forum and I am going give it to our lucky member as well by doing raffle like what we are doing with the Dynam Vortex 37. This is a new Esky Honeybee CP2 helicopter. BPhobbies sells it for $189. I will only fly it just for me to write a few articles, then it will be yours to enjoy by being part of HeliTown!

I will provide more information about this raffle after I am done with the Dynam Vortex 37 raffle. There will be a required number of posting to be eligible to participate in the raffle. So, those who is surfing around and has not registered and participated, register and join the community now so that you can start posting to get your head start. This is goign to be exciting! Congratuation to Ranger for winning the Dynam Vortex 37 helicopter. For those who did not win the Vortex 37 helicopter, this is a better helicopter - Esky Honeybee CP2! Below is eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Everybody who is registered so far and until 01/13/2007 5 pm (HeliTown FORUM date and time) AND have posted 40 good postings by 4:00 pm on 01/27/2007 before the raffle is drawn at 5:00 pm forum time will be automatically included for the drawing including all moderators and Tech Support team.

2. One person can have only one User name. Admin, HeliTown, Eddiemoth and CMAXIM are NOT eligible to play.

3.After drawing, the winner’s User name will be announced here in this thread. The person must claim the gift within 5 days (by 5:00 pm on 02/01/2007 – HeliTown FORUM time and date) or the gift will be available for the next drawing.

4. The winner will buy own postage.


So folks, let the race begins and have fun again! 40 postings are not hard to do for a period of a few months. Some of our members have posted more than 100 postings already!

Well....it is better late than never. As I promised to get some pictures of this Esky Honeybee CP2 in flight, here you go. It is not a good day for showing off such a twitchy heli, as it is cloudy and windy in Calfornia but cmaxim managed to take a few pictures for me. I couldn't do much better than that, as I don't want to ruin this helicopter and disappoint someone who wins this helicopter.

I had one of these but before I sold it to a newbie, I moved the servos in one hole to help make it less twitchy, I see you have already put the flybar weights fully out, thats good !

Durable? Not very a heli is a bunch of loose parts flying in close formation very few fly well and are durable. Those traits make a legend, let's see there's the corona and well the ah. Well heck there's the corona that's durable and flys well.

The Cp2 comes with a 6ch radio and it is decent. Just not very flexible. It was designed for one purpose, and that was to fly this little heli at minimum cost. Whoever wins this should consider a full tilt boogey TX as the 1st major upgrade. It will do well right out of the box. This is an entry level RTF heli.
