I was bored this morning waiting for sunrise, to go flying. While untangling helis I decided to do something about it finaly. I wound up cutting some 4" long blocks of 1x1 1/2. Drilled a hole in the middle for 5/16" dowel and put 2 pocket screw holes in the edge. Just stuff I had on hand. The project took about 1 hr.
The bases are the same. The minis use 6 1/2" sticks. the coronas 9 1/2" The dowels had to be pressed in so I didn't glue them in case I wanted to rearrange things later.
Works good and easy no pain or fuss to use the helis. I'll wip up something simple for the micros later because the H2 don't have 1.5" under it.
