I'm having some issues with my servos. After i turn it on and the servos have centered themselves they're not exactly centered anymore. I believe the arms were centered perfectly before know they're offset. I'm including a pic so u guys can see what i'm talking about. I'm wondering if they may have jumped a few teeth or something i don't think this is normal. and i have the trim centered for all servos. I tried adjusting the links but it didn't help that i could tell.

Hello scooter. The swash looks level which would lead me to believe it was setup that way from the get go. Unless you have adjusted the links to level it.
With single arms it often comes out that way and I remember my CP2 was in a slight V when I got it. I didn't worry about it much. I had H2s before I got the CP2 and found that though in theory it causes interaction really a micro has to be flown so much that I never noticed a difference between the one that was setup as perfect as I could and the used one I bought that was good enough.
You can unplug the motors and check for interaction in IU. The swash may not tilt perceptably from full negative to full positive. I no longer have a cp2 to look at.

scooter,
One of your servos may have a broken gear tooth.
Disconnect the battery and manually move each servo arm up and down.
It there's a broken gear tooth, it will slip or feel notchy.
This may help:

If you look at the right servo arm you can see that theres a lot more threads showing than the right thats because of how much i had to adjust it. The swashplate still isn't level i guess u can't tell it from the angle in the pic. Thanks for your input.
Also last night i was searching around on another post and read something similar to what Maxxed said about a broken tooth, though i haven't noticed it skipping it does seem that it may have at least skipped one or two. I'm going to take the arms off and recenter them to see if that helps. I also should've told u that i had a crash that sheared the ball ends off my plastic rotor head. Thats why i put the aluminum one on so i could keep flying until my parts came in for the plastic one. I think thats when my servos got messed up to.
Heres a link to the vid of the crash you may have already seen this one i posted it on another thread.

Sorry I didn't put 2 and 2 together. In that case you probably do have a gear problem. I'd just order another servo from BP hobbies and a gear set later from whoever carries them.
You should be able to unplug the motors and hold the arm move the controls and just let the heli move to see which one is bad. It seems that the gears in the esky servos are pretty soft and don't just break like most. Maybe they just fold over and skip then get moved back up right later.
I've seen the gearsets around but can't remember who has them BP don't seem to.

All servos are working fine as far as movement goes. There is no skipping or grinding they are very smooth. So i don't think anything is broken i tried centering the servo arms but couldn't because the splines aren't fine enough. I guess i'm going to have to go inside the servo and center the arm with the gears instead. If anyone has any pics of they're cp2 like the one i posted that would be great so i can compare. Thanks for your help guys.
And it figures i just made a 70 dollar order to bp 2 days ago, now i'm probably needing servos. lol

it looks to me like you have enough difference to remove the control arm and make it the same as the left. with ccpm it is important to have all three servos aligned simularly. align them as close as possible after ensuring they are centered and then relevel the swash. you should be good then.
