This is one of the videos that I watch again and again. Someone stranslated that the laby is the pilot's wife. She was more excited than her husband.

I play a little game like that in my horribly cluttered BY. On a calm day flying the little FP moth the 2nd battery pack I start thinking (dangerous thing that). Soon I'm looking at the son's trampoline and saying "yea over the net and land in the middle and fly out again". Oh that was easy, and it even looks easy. "how about flying under it?" (lucky no one was around to hear me ask these questions of my self) Well when you get within about 18" of the mat it sucks itself right up there smartly, and won't come down with out being dead rotor. Plummets like a well shot duck. It's much fun doing it slow is very hard.
There is a hatch going up to the fort which the moth just fits through. Getting through that can be expensive.
Weaving through the forts legs 6' apart is very trying to stay in FF but pretty easy if I cheat and siddle along using sideways, backwards, and FF.
Ah the things you can do with a clothes line or swing set.
Not of any caliber to compete but it's fun stuff. It's also stuff that makes you more comfortable in changing orientations.

I remember seeing this vid just after I bought my first heli (just a month and a bit ago) and thought to myself, WHY DONT THEY HAVE THAT KINDA GAMESHOW IN NORTH AMERICA!!!???
I know a tone of people that mock an adult playing with what they call toys, but you could turn the gameshow into a reality show and put those morons that mock us on it, and tell them
to show us how easy it is :)
Man, THAT would be funny :)

That is some crazy flying!
I wonder what kind of battery packs they're using?
I haven't seen them change a pack even once.

I would love to be able to fly like that. Maybe if I can get an hour of practice in every day for the rest of my life I can,

That is just too cool! I'd love to play that one. I saw another video of a similar setup for CX/2. Looked like it was at some show that offered to let public fly to see just how easy the CX/2 was. Now I can't find it.... But man that would be a fun competition. Kind of like trials bikes compared to MX.

Gotta love the smoke at the end.

Ya, and I don't think it trivial to pull / push that weight across the lines to trigger the landing pad. I like the pirouettes at the end like the standard 'whip' for winners in MX.
We should make a course (in spec) that we can all setup and shoot (movie) our experiences. Something, say, in the space of a tennis court? hmmmmm

I have a great obstacle course in my backyard, with the lawn furniture, wooden fort/playset, various fences, and the above ground pool.
I have a railing around the pool( 18 foot dia) that I like to fly inside of. If I mess up,...splash! Have not dunked it, yet, but I have done touch and goes on the pool cover! 'Course, I only do that sort of stuff with the FP. i have also been thinking about floats on the moth. This winter, I am getting a 4#3, and will have mucho fun in the basement!( there is an inflatable bouncy for the boys, will see how the heli bounces, too.)
