Aligning paddles

Can anyone give me some ideas on how to align the paddles on a Blade 400? I just picked up new flybars to replace one damaged in a crash. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

they just go level with the swash 0 degrees

Easiest is to line them up with the flybar carrier.
