drag bolt holes

I have a set of blades with 4 mm drag bolt holes. My heli drag bolts are 5 mm.
What and how is the best way to make the drag bolt holes wider? (drill them? how wide? 5mm?)

Note: the drag bolt hole has metal sleeve (see the attached pictures)

Not too sure about this one, if you can drill 100% parallel into the brass, this would be the best way, I take it the brass bushes don't press out? If they did replace with new ones of the correct size.

yea,thatsprobably your best bet.Do you have access to a drill press?
