Oh dear that sounded expensive    .
Fortunately not too bad. Tail boom, blades, fin and 2 servos stripped(head seems ok :) ).
I am about to order spares from Midland and figure replacement servos are a safer option but has anybody replaced gear-sets in the 6X and 9XP :?: .Cases are intact but appear to be glued or a tight push fit.( I think I will change my signature text  )

Bad Luck !! I have changed the gear set in the 9X but I can't remeber how they come apart, I bought two very cheap from e bay and one needed new gears. I still have them and I will look once I am homw.

Come on, you have to post a crash photo for us all to see !! And remind us all that a crash is a glitch away !!

It appears my 6X servo had popped its case open slightly on impact and disengaged the gear mesh  ( at least I now know how it comes apart ).I lifted top off and checked gearing, which looked fine, re-assembled with a touch of cyano on each case locating peg and servo works fine.9XP has 4 screws on underside that pass all the way through case, so piece of cake to open (gears on this were well shot  ).
I will be flapping around again like a demented house brick very shortly :D 8).

Yes, 4 screws on the 9XP and some shrink wrap on my 6X I found !! Sounds like your on the way to beating some more air with your blades soon, let us know how you get on !!

What a nice day today for flying in London, warm sun and no wind on the flying field !!!!!
