Hello,
I am having trouble with my Internet explorer. It is doing some very odd things.Sometimes it will completely close the page i am visiting for no reason or it will be very slow loading pages and when i say slow i mean very very very slow for eg i tried to google something and after 10 minutes of the page trying to load i gave up.I thought that it was perhaps the topic i was searching so i tried putting in random things to see if that made any difference but it didn't.Another problem i had was when i was on a forum and clicked on a link and nothing happened i tried to open a new tab and that wouldn't work either and it would let me access any options that are in my tools menu.i had to restart my computer.Just to let you know i have high speed Internet connection. Thanks in advance to anyone that helps me with this problem.

What is the version the IE on your notebook? If you don't have the latest, download IE 7 here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.mspx If you think the problem is IE, install Firefox (click on the link below under the BPhobbies ad) and follow instruction and install it. Then, you have two browsers on your notebook to test -IE and Firefox. You can test by using each browser to access the problematic website or page. If you have the same problem with both IE and Firefox, it is not the browser and it must be something else. What is your system? How much RAM you have and what is your OS? Some websites hosted in some counties are slow from their end because of their hosting systems are not really robust.

Most likely spyware as that seems to eat a fair amount of my professional time. http://www.free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tpl/v5 for a free actually functional anti spyware solution. Beware of most others as they are "extortion ware" and will install bad stuff, detect it, and demand you pay for the full version to remove it. All the while bugging you with "you are infected" popups.

Grisoft now owns Ewiedo which is the basis of this package and about as safe as you can get with automated removal. It will give you a 30 day trial of the shield and after that it reverts to the free version that doesn't protect but is still a very good cleaner. It won't bug you to death either.
