I am wondering how to use the CA like "loctite"... in the hole before I screw to Losi Ball in, or afterward?

Any thoughts?

Not sure what is the Losi Ball is? Is it the ball link? But in general you only use CA if you are sure you will not need to remove it later on. I have been sorry a few times when I use CA instead of loctite and later on I need to remove them.

Use the loctite before. I usually clean the parts with alcohol and then put a drop of loctite on a piece of plastic. A needle works well to get a dab on the threads (either the ID or OD). You don't want to fill the threads completely as the stuf has to go somewhere. A good rule of thumb is to fill a section of threads about 1/10th the diameter and the full length of threads is more than enough but usually not enough to get into bearing or what not.

Clear as mud?

Just a note... I heard that Loctite kills plastic. I am going to thread the brass ball joint into the plastic arm that is bolted to the flybar. Brass into plastic... Hmmm...

I heard that too.

Metal to plastic normally doesn't reguire thread lock. The plastic grips and dampens vibration just fine.

You don't need any glue if the ball thread goes in tight. The ball link works in the up / down force and no horizontal force, the ball socket will pop out before the ball stud pulls out from its thread at crash.
