I have a century hawk pro with a o.s. max 37sz-h engine with it mounted in frame the throttle wont work because it hits frame what can i do.

You need to get an extension similar to this,

You can get them direct from Quick UK but lots of shops will carry these items. As a quick work round you could mount the ball on a spacer onto the throttle arm BUT it can flex a little ! It will work Ok while these are on order.
