Everybody at RCgroups knows this guide including myselft. It is one of very few documents that a beginner pilot should read. It was written by Mr. Morita.
"Version 16 of the Electric Helicopter Beginner's Guide (EHBG) is now on the website.
Please read this if you are new to helicopters or new to electric helicopters. It covers choosing an electric helicopter, various construction tips, choosing a motor, ESC, etc.
New for this version: Expanded glossary, larger pinion list, more BEC info, and other additions/changes too numerous to list.
Many thanks to Mark Pearson (MRP) for all the hard work again, including the new additions to the glossary, flight sim additions, pics, etc.
The PDF version is currently at:
http://ehbg.rchomepage.com
Look for the file "ehbg-16-pdf.zip"
Also see MRP's website at:
http://www.swashplate.co.uk
...for the full list of EHBG formats, including the HTML, compiled help, and A4 paper versions.
